When you use this website

The quote buttons open WhatsApp with a short message you can edit. There is no enquiry form, account registration or payment collection on this website. Opening the link does not itself send a message to our team.

The customer quote button is supplied by trysuper.ai. Loading it sends the technical request information needed to display the button to Super’s hosting service.

The site does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. The hosting service may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

When you message us

Your WhatsApp message may include your contact details, garden postcode, job description and photos. Use the conversation to agree which details are needed to clarify the job and discuss it with suitable providers.

Avoid sharing payment-card details or unnecessary personal information. Check photographs before sending them and obtain permission if they show someone else’s property or information.

WhatsApp and your email provider operate their own services and privacy terms. Messages you send through those services are handled outside this website.

Deposit payments through Stripe

Stripe processes payments for Super’s customer deposit. Enter card details only in the Stripe payment journey, never in your WhatsApp messages. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Payment processing can involve transaction information such as the amount, payment status and refund status. This is separate from your full card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how Stripe handles payment information.

Questions about your data

You can contact us to ask about the information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or ask about deletion. We may need enough information to identify the enquiry and confirm that the request is yours.
