A little help. A big difference.

What does your
garden need?

One-off jobs or regular care.
Find the service that fits your garden.

Garden clearance

Clear unwanted growth and green waste so you can use your garden again. Describe what needs cutting, what should stay and what needs taking away.

Garden maintenance

Keep an established garden under control with visits planned around the jobs you need. Request regular care or a single maintenance visit without committing to a package.

Lawn mowing & grass cutting

Get a one-off cut or a regular mowing arrangement for your lawn. Include strimming, edging and clipping removal in the request if you want them priced together.

Hedge cutting & trimming

Request a trim, reshape or reduction for your hedge. Share its approximate height and length so gardeners can assess the equipment, access and work involved.

Garden tidy-up

Bring an untidy garden back into shape before a new season, a house move or time outdoors. Build a one-off job list around what matters most to you.

Weeding & weed control

Get help with weeds in beds, borders and other garden areas. Explain whether you want hand removal, a longer-term management plan or advice on regrowth.

Overgrown garden clearance

Make a neglected garden accessible again with a staged clearance plan. Share the full extent of long grass, brambles and dense growth before agreeing the scope.

Garden waste removal

Arrange collection of garden material that is already cut, bagged or piled up. List the materials and loading access so the quote covers the actual collection.

Shrub pruning

Ask for pruning that suits your shrubs and the result you want. Identify the plants where possible and discuss timing before requesting a hard cut back.

Plant & border care

Get help looking after established beds and borders, from seasonal attention to a practical care plan. Describe the plants, growing conditions and any changes you have noticed.

How it works
01

Show us what needs doing.

Open WhatsApp and send your postcode, a short brief and garden photos. We can talk through the details there.

02

Let providers price the work.

We discuss your request with suitable gardeners. Each provider decides whether to quote, their price and available dates.

03

Choose with the details in hand.

Review the scope, price, timing and payment terms. You decide whether to book; requesting a quote carries no obligation.

Leeds

A front border in Headingley and a large garden in Roundhay need very different briefs. Start with the part of your Leeds garden that is stopping you enjoying it, then tell us the postcode and the result you want.

Manchester

Make a Manchester gardening request specific to your property: a compact yard, a planted border or a lawn that needs regular attention. A postcode, access photo and short job list help turn a broad request into something a gardener can price.

Explore Manchester

Birmingham

Get the practical details of your Birmingham garden into the first request: what needs doing, which areas are accessible and whether waste should leave the property. That is the starting point for comparing the work as well as the price.

Bristol

For a Bristol garden, access can matter as much as area. Show the steps, levels and route to the back of the property when asking for mowing, a tidy-up or clearance, so the quote reflects the work on the ground.

Edinburgh

A private lawn and a shared Edinburgh back green need different arrangements before gardening can begin. Tell us who can authorise the work, how the space is reached and which parts of the garden are included.

Glasgow

Whether the job is a private Glasgow garden or an agreed shared backcourt, start with ownership, access and the areas to be maintained. That helps a gardener understand what they can quote for before any work is arranged.

Liverpool

Make a Liverpool gardening quote easy to compare by naming the finish you want: a cut lawn, usable patio edges, tidy borders or a cleared garden. Include what should happen to the waste as part of the same request.

London

Request gardening quotes across Greater London, from compact inner-city courtyards to lawns and established gardens in the outer boroughs. Share your postcode, the work and access photos on WhatsApp so suitable independent providers can assess the request.

Your questions, answered

How do I get quotes from local gardeners?

Click Get free quotes to open WhatsApp. Send your garden postcode, the tasks you need and photos. Super clarifies the job and checks suitable providers’ coverage and availability. Gardeners choose whether to quote, set their own prices and provide their available dates. You compare the details before deciding whether to book.

How much does a gardener cost per hour?

Checkatrade’s 2026 garden-maintenance guide lists £15–£40 per hour and £120–£320 per day for general gardening. These are the publisher’s estimates, not our own prices or a local quotation. Specialist work, waste, materials and access can change the total. Super’s separate deposit is additional to the gardener’s agreed price.

Is it free to request gardening quotes?

Yes. Describing your job and requesting quotes is free, and you do not have to accept a quote. If you book, Super’s separate deposit is based on the job value and paid through Stripe. It is additional to the gardener’s full price, which you pay directly to them. If the job is cancelled, your Super deposit is refunded.

Are the gardeners insured?

During onboarding, the agent asks gardening providers for evidence of insurance and reviews. Cover varies by provider and type of work. Before booking, confirm that your chosen gardener has current insurance appropriate to the agreed job; joining the marketplace is not a blanket guarantee for every activity.

Should I get more than one gardening quote?

Comparing quotes helps you assess the scope, total price, available date and relevant provider experience together. Give each gardener the same tasks and waste requirements. The lowest price may cover less work. The agent aims to bring together suitable quotes, but their number depends on providers choosing to respond and being available.

What does a gardener usually do?

You can request mowing, hedge cutting, weeding, shrub pruning, border care, maintenance, a tidy-up or clearance. Several tasks can be combined in one brief when a provider can undertake them. Agree the equipment, materials, waste removal and finish before booking; a service name alone does not define what is included.

What is the difference between a gardener and a landscaper?

Gardeners generally care for existing planting and outdoor spaces through tasks such as mowing, pruning and weeding. Landscaping may involve design, construction or major changes such as new paving and retaining walls. Our marketplace focuses on gardening and garden care. Describe structural or specialist work separately so its suitability can be assessed.

Is garden waste removal included?

Only when the gardener’s quote includes it. State whether you want cuttings composted on site, bagged in an agreed place or taken away. Ask the provider to confirm the materials, removal charge and appropriate disposal arrangements. Soil, rubble and mixed rubbish may require a separate service.

Can I book regular garden maintenance?

You can request a one-off visit or ongoing help. Include your preferred frequency and tasks so providers can discuss a suitable schedule and price. Ask for the first catch-up visit and routine visits to be priced separately; a regular arrangement is not automatically cheaper for every garden.

How quickly can I get gardening quotes?

Start the request in WhatsApp whenever convenient and include clear photos, access details and your preferred dates. Response times depend on the job and participating providers’ availability. The agent rewards prompt responses and available dates, but an enquiry does not guarantee an instant quote or a same-day appointment.

Do you cover my postcode?

We welcome requests across the UK. Tell us the full garden postcode so we can check participating providers’ coverage and availability. We cannot promise a fixed number of quotes or a booking in every area.
