Super’s service
Customer Super
Super takes a separate deposit from the customer. It is additional to your gardening price, so it does not reduce your quote or count as part-payment of your invoice.
Super’s deposit is based on the total job value and paid through Stripe. If the job is cancelled, the customer gets their Super deposit back. The customer sees the amount and terms before confirming. See the customer payment journey. You remain the independent provider carrying out the gardening work.

How do I join as a gardening provider?

The agent asks for your insurance and reviews, helps complete your provider details and confirms your opt-in before you go live to receive suitable job opportunities.
How does the WhatsApp agent send me gardening jobs?
The agent contacts you on WhatsApp about live jobs in your area. You decide whether you want to quote. If you do, the agent shares the job details and available photos so you can ask questions, set your price and offer dates.
How many quotes does the customer receive?
The process is designed to present your quote alongside two other gardening providers’ quotes. The customer compares the options and chooses whether to book. Three quotes depend on suitable providers being available; sending a quote does not guarantee that you will win the job.
Does the agent prioritise a fast response?
Yes. The agent prioritises responsive providers with availability that fits the job. Reply promptly and keep your availability accurate. You still set your own price and decide whether the work suits your business; the customer makes the final choice.
How do I get paid, and what does Super’s deposit cover?
The customer pays you your full agreed gardening price directly. Super takes a separate deposit from the customer for its service. That deposit is additional to your gardening price and is not deducted from your quote or treated as part-payment of your invoice. The deposit is based on the total job value and paid through Stripe. It is refunded to the customer if the job is cancelled. The customer sees the deposit amount and terms before confirming.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. You can decline opportunities that do not fit your skills, location or diary. Tell the agent which areas and services you cover, and update your availability when it changes. There is no guaranteed number of leads or bookings.
Can sole traders and gardening teams join from anywhere in the UK?
Yes. We welcome independent gardeners and gardening businesses across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Tell the agent where you actually work and which services you offer. Job opportunities depend on customer demand, your coverage and your availability.
