A free quote request starts a conversation about your garden. The job and any payment terms need a separate agreement before you book.
The marketplace
Get Gardening Quotes is operated by CHOOSE SUPER APP LTD, company number 17388150, with its registered office at 1 Dukes Passage, Brighton, United Kingdom, BN1 1BS.
We help clarify customer requests and discuss them with suitable independent gardening providers. The provider decides whether to quote, the work they can carry out, their price and availability.
Requesting a quote
Requests are free and carry no obligation to accept. Give accurate job details and make sure you have authority to arrange work at the property. A message does not guarantee a quotation, an appointment or a fixed response time.
Quotes may depend on a site visit or further information. Ask for any assumptions or exclusions to be explained before you accept.
Booking, payments and cancellations
Agree who is providing the work, the scope, date, gardener’s price, waste arrangements and payment timing in writing before booking.
Super takes a separate customer deposit based on the total value of the gardening job. This is additional to the gardener’s quoted price and is not deducted from their invoice. The customer pays the gardener their full agreed price directly. Confirm the deposit amount and combined total before paying.
Deposit payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we do not receive or store your full card details. Opening a quote link on this website does not make a payment or confirm a booking.
If the job is cancelled, the customer’s Super deposit is refunded. Contact us through the existing WhatsApp conversation or by email for help arranging a cancellation or refund. Any payment made directly to the gardener is separate from Super’s deposit.
If something changes
Contact the provider and marketplace team promptly about changes, delays or concerns. Keep the quote and written agreement available so the issue can be understood.
